A leading distributor of FMCG household brands in Spain uses flipflow to optimize the availability of its assortment in key sales channels. Our platform allows to proactively detect stock gaps, ensuring efficient replenishment and maximizing sales opportunities.

The company’s sales team analyzes assortments by postal code to understand where they have the most opportunities. Each Key Account Manager is assigned a specific area, and can:

Retail analytics dashboard displaying visualizations such as a pie chart for the number of products by website, a bar chart showing product distribution by categories, a line graph for monitored products' stock evolution, a stacked bar chart for product distribution by brand, and another pie chart for the number of products by brand.

by postcode to increase sales

The tool allows them to visualise where product shortages are occurring, facilitating replenishment decisions in areas of high demand.

Customised and automated reporting

The leading FMCG household brand company uses flipflow’s powerful BI system to generate detailed reports and make data-driven decisions:

Filters and measures include dimensions like time, point of sale, and in-stock ratio, with a sidebar listing analytics options like prices, availability, and digital shelf metrics.

  • Products priced above RRP.

Decisions based on accurate data

They detect patterns in the assortment and improve them with objective information. For example, if they detect that in Seville their assortment in Alcampo is only 15 references, while in the same city but in Carrefour, the assortment is 27 references, they have objective data and a hook to motivate the sale of 12 new references at Alcampo.
